Openreach Performance Conversations
Your branch officers have received a number of requests for advice regarding performance conversations particularly within Openreach Service Delivery. Whilst it is clear that there has been an increased focus on this over recent weeks we do not expect that this will be a return to the environment of aggressive performance management we have seen in the past. For example we are not aware of any members on a formal warning for performance. In respect of informal conversations these should follow the policy we agreed with Openreach and is detailed in the attached letter.
